i've got a BIG question! WHY WAS I NOT NOTIFIED of my gallery deletion, 13000 page views, GONE just poof no explination! now most of those pics are lost for ever, just gone! *pop* dissapere! i dont understand! it was bring people to the forum.

Rule Number 10:
10. No human porn pictures, period.

--It breaks one of the forum rules.

--Just putting on a pair of paws, a tail and some ears just doesn't stop it from being counted as human porn.

--Making an account just to post yourself naked in a half suit in the gallery probally doesn't help that much either.

--It might have been cute to most people, but it nonetheless broke one of the more stictly enforced rules of the forums.

You know, those rules aren't there just because some admins felt like it. There are REASONS behind them.

I'll tell you what, look up "Title 18" laws, and you'll see why.

We can alow you to post yourself nude if we have a copy of your orginal birth certificate, the one with the embossed seal, a state or other government issued picture ID, and your social security card. You will then need to fill out 6 release forms, and do a recorded statement on video saying you are 18 or older and will not hold the compnay responsible. After you go through voluntary STD tests, and out lawyers reveiw all this paper work, then, maybe if you're lucky, you can post nudes.

Trust me I know, Since I am Title 18ed.

I've read through this topic after catching a friend spazzing about it on livejournal.

Yes, Fuzzyroo Godwined (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Godwin%27s_Law) right off. This is steriotypical furry behavior and should be VERY VERY avoided.

However, I do feel that before Fuzzyroo godwined the thread, Morgan Löwe demonstraited poor moderation. At the very least, I feel Morgan Löwe should have topic-locked after the post to prevent further posts on the subject.

At best through, An explaination of the United States law recently gone into effect would have made the reason and motivation for the rule clear. I've alwase hated teaches who gave rules without reason.

For clearification, Any webspace hosted on US soil (I.E. This one) that hosts pornographic images (Real People nude and naughtier) must have documentation showing that the target person is over 18, and WAS over 18 at the time of the picture, along with a premission document signed by the target. Any webspace in violation of this can have some seriosly heavy fines levied at best.
