How much longer will I Have to wait to get my rank changed?

I believe I have waited 15 days and I am still a newbie? Is there a Administrator I could talk with about this and about the Activation ID # which it never asked me for when I signed up. Please help! :(

*sits scratching head* I think that if you know your activation id but can't find the email, you can register by typing the right URL into your browser: "http://furry-furry.com/furry/register.php?a=act&u=53766&i=" followed by your activation id.
