I recently asked Nienna to make me a background, and resized it to fit the Signature Pic. I've been trying to get it so that it actually shows up in the signature, but so far no luck.
I'm sure that its just some stupid thing which I'm forgetting to do, but for the life of me, I can't find it.
Did a search, no similar threads which I can find.
Thanks!

I think you're unable to put images in your signature because people tend to be very abusive of that right. So in order to keep things a little less cluttered (and to prevent security threats involving flash files.) it seems that image bbcode and html code have been disabled in signatures. You can still place links to images though. :)
Really, I think its a good idea to have them disabled purely due to how many times I have seen them abused to the point where they detract from people's ability to read forum threads.

There are others who use it so perhaps its something you have to request? (Besides Daelyhel of course lol)

I am thinking that other members may have it because they have moderator or administrator status. Members with that status are granted alot of permissions that a normal user wouldn't have on the forums. I'm sure its possible to hand out individual permissions for something like that, but I don't think its very feasible to start considering how many people use this board, and how many people would request that ability.
Who knows, PM one of the mods or admins about it.

Umm... The average user can't....

If your intent IS for users to be able to, then I suggest you alter your permissions tables.

Nevermind... I'm right...
you're a 'newbie' ranking; therefore, you cannot put signature images yet. wait till you're an active user and you can.

FallenGreyWolf,
use the [IMG] tags. It works on your name, I just tested it.
