Go to your User CP and go into Edit Options and able your PM by putting a check in the box. I hope that helps if not. Sorry I couldent help.

If you can't PM, go for 15 days without PMing. Spend these 2 weeks on a bender. If, after that, you still can't PM, then ask a mod.

P.S: I know I'm very rarely serious, but I'm completely serious this time.

Have you already PM'ed? when you first join your mailbox only has room for, I think, 10 messages. If its full you won't be able to PM anymore.
