This may be completely on my end of the site but some of the post dates are off. It happens in various boards but on the main thread page it'll say the last post was "today". After going in and looking the last post wasn't today but days, weeks, even a months earlier. This also causes older threads to pop up on the first page for me.
I had a post on the yiffable plushie board that I made back in Jan. I looked there today and it says my post was "today".
Am I insane? I mean, more than usual.

Nope, I get this too.
Doesn't bother me, but I'm just saying, you're not the only one.
Or maybe we're both crazy. It could happen.

It happens with me too, like the front page freezes for a couple of days

Sadly it happens, and something I am trying to figure out why. It is an issue we have noticed.

I had thought you might have, but I didn't see it brought up or addressed, so I thought I would say something.
Well, thanks for at least looking into it.

Most welcome, drives me nuts because I have it set on most recent post to the top. So when I see a post that has a "New" post and then there is nothing there.... It >.< Yea... To be honest I thought it was just me.

I've just had a thought concerning this.
These threads that this happens to wouldn't by chance be polls, would they?
Because if someone votes in a poll, but doesn't post, I think the system registers the vote as a post, and time-stamps the thread accordingly.
So, the time displayed on the main page isn't the time of the last post, but the time of the last action.
