A Shoutbox

I suggest a Shoutbox, on another forum I visit alot they have one. It shows when something is posted and gives a link to the post. It'll really aid in RP'ing since you can instantly see when a new post is made. Also it'll give room for some chat, but that can be turned off since we have IRC.

No - We have an IRC server for that. It's much better than a shoutbox..and can be monitored.

Shoutboxes are abused by trolls (in which we get a lot of) and are easily hacked.

Far to easy to Abuse, Trolls, and there is no point in them OTHER than to Troll in the first place. If you want to chat we have mIRC Server.
