Gah! Don't ever send your computer to a shop. They take forever and charge way too much for things that are simple to do yourself. Like to have a new graphics card installed a shop will charge you like $100 and you'll be computerless for a week. You could put it in yourself in like 5 minutes for free and it's very easy to do. Sorry to hear your computer is acting up though. Out of curiousity, what was wrong with it anyway?
