Always sad to see things like this, I guess it's rather common for underage people to visit/view 18+ stuff, after all, how hard is it to just pick another year when making an account or so, I know that at least I wasn't always honest when filling out such things, doubt there's many that are like, '' Yayz, I can watch pr0n'' when they turn 18, I guess that's part of evolution, every system has its flaws.

Anyways, it's understandable it went this way, his parents just cares a lot for him and wants him safe, and even though it'll probably annoy him for now, having to leave F2F for example, in time he'll most likely just be happy about it, not for leaving F2F but for having parents that cares, there's a lot of people that don't have such parents after all, letting them do as they wish, which not always is a good thing.

Yes, because the server is located within the US, therefore it is governed by US law. At least last I was aware.
