this hasn't been the first time and it won't be the last. the corprate giants piss off alot of the little guys. I think these plaintiffs have no grounds for a lawsuit and i think google apple and microsoft are going to pay them off instead of alowing this to accually go to court.heh what's a couple hundred thousand dollars to companies worth several billion? They would probably write it of as a donation to charity or an entertainment expence. Acually microsoft and apple get this kind of shit at least once a month ad it usualy never ammounts to anything.(i have a cousin that works for microsofts marketing company in the legal depatrment. she handels tons od suits every year.) It's possible that this company did patent this but if i reccall corectly it was apple that purchaced the "finder" dropdown menu from Xerox in the early 90's. if this suit is valid they could go after every online shoping site that uses this system which by now is pretty much all of them. I doubt a judge will let that happen
