Travis informed his bandmates as he placed his microphone back on its stand. "That's the kind of energy they'll be looking for, guys!" Travis Tenorman and his band, the Rockaneers, had just finished a dress rehearsal for their next public performance. He left the practice space and walked by the recording studio the band had been using to compose their next album to reach his manager's office. "So I think we've got it down, but just to be safe, remind me what this upcoming gig is all about." Travis said to her.

Inside, the office is tidy, though a little cramped. Some paperwork stacked on her desk, and a short stack of CD's atop them; a small bin sits beside the oak desk, a few rejected cassettes keeping it company. The maned wolf anthro sits at the desk, looking intently at the top, a pair of headphones on her head, the earpieces nearly lost in her large ears. She holds up one finger of her handpaw: "Hold on," the gesture says. After a few moments, Cassarah -usually just known as Case- shakes her head, removing the phones, and dumps the whole of it into the bin with a sigh.
"Sorry, Travis. Didn't hear you. What's up?"

[Cassarah (pronounced, Kay-sarah], originates from the Itialian phrase che sara, sara, which means "what will be, will be"]

Lead Guitarist Sir Shredsalot poked his head into the office and stepped in beside Travis. "We're wanting to know about our next public performance that you've booked for us." He said. "Where is it, when is it, and what songs are we going to play?"

Travis nodded in agreement. "I'm wondering the same thing as my band. I'm sure you've already done all the paperwork and number crunching necessary to set up our gig already, right?"

*Case pulls out a neat file from a drawer, sliding it over the table* It'll be at the HH Humphrey Metrodome in Minneapolis/St.Paul, Minnesota. Show starts at nine pm, and your song list is The Dusk Hotel, Under the Knife, What Happened to Rock & Roll?, Here Comes Justice, Criminal Freedom, and Black Wolf. Feel free to arrange them in any order. Concert's in the next few days. How's practice been?"

"Pretty well, if I do say so myself." Travis admitted. "We've already finalized the first song on our next album! I'd say it's on schedule."

Sir Shredsalot was studying the setlist. "Can I get a freestyle section in the concert? I'd like to show the fans how I can shred!"

Tenorman scratched his chin, then, after a few moments, pulled up a pencil and notepad and scribbled down the setlist:

Shreddy looked over what Travis wrote and smiled. "Hey, and Barry gets a chance to shine too! I bet he'll be pleased to hear that."

"Which reminds me...Cassarah, it's been a while since you've been with the band. You've been sitting in this office for the majority of your work hours. What say you head down to the practice space and get reacquainted with Barry and Hugo, as well as Shreddy and I?" Travis pointed his thumb back toward the door.
