so i just installed ubuntu and it doesn't work. if having to install everything using the terminal wasn't bad enough either i screwed something up or it screwed it's self up. now sudo doesn't work and the msn program called pidgen doesn't work either. people can start conversations with me but i can't see my contacts list and no errors are given.
here is the error i get when i try to purge pidgin using sudo apt-get remove --purge pidgin
E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.
i saw on a forum that i fix that by puting this in first but the same error pops up
cd /var/lib/dpkg/updates
i need help :whoo2:
EDIT: ok i fixed it. i've just come to realize pidgin is crap, amsn is hell to install and kmess is easy to install and isn't crap.... yet
