The dawn announced a new day...

The files has been checked...with very little time only 5 new recruits had been contacted and brought to the HQ, at the airport father Rawlings remained with several members of the organization waiting for a plane to arrive, when it did, the Polar bear was the last one to step out of the plane, Father Rawlings smiled as he approached, the Bear smiled as swell as he came close to him "FATHER!!! HAR HAR!! " he said happily giving him a big and strong hug, the bones where able to hear crack as he did " oh sorry " he steps back as he realized about it.

The father took a second to recover himself with a soft chuckle " you haven't changed much have you?, how was Moscow? " Rawlings asked as they headed to the to the luggage department, they showed some ID's having the airport security bring him his luggage " The Mother land has been fine, Poor old Everoth will surely miss it but is glad that he could help the greater cause ", he said as he looked at some furs bringing the cross on a platform, Everoth stepped in and holding it by one of the handles he started to carry it over his shoulder " so...where do we have some nice American meal? " he said exited " plane food was horrible, it destroyed poor old Ev's appetite..." he said as he looked at the father with a smile, " hold on my friend, the others are about to arrive aswell..."

A small jet pulled up a short time later and Airwolf stepped out caring his equipment and walked in to the airport where Father Rawlings and Everoth were standing. "Hello long time no see."He said smiling at them "You wold not believe what you can git through customs with this kind of security Clarance"He said still getting use to his new title and pointing over his shoulder at his bag.

[Everoth]

The big bear let out a soft laugh as he saw his old friend " OI!! wolf!! nice to see you again!! " he said as he came close to him giving him a big and strong hug like he did to father rawling " haha!! i cannot guess, what did you got? " he asked as he talked about customs.

[airwolf]

"Not much just a fue dozen grenades all my toys weapons and what ever eals we needed for this exercise. By the way whats the scenario this time." He asked smiling and putting his bag down.

[Everoth]

Everoth placed him down as he stood back, still with the cross on his back " i dont know, father Rawlings have not told me anything yet..." he said as he looked at him and then at father rawlings " all in time my children, more are to come soon " he said as he looked at the 2 and headed to one of the restaurants in the D wing where the new arrival would come soon. " you wanted me to should you american food, then go ahead and eat up " Father Rawlings said as they sat on the place.

[airwolf]

"You two go ahead I'm going to sit down and relax a bit I hate flying."Chris sad sitting down beside them.

[Everoth]

Looking at the 2 sit down rawlings smiled a little " you 2 can stay, ill go and meet the others that will arrive today, you 2 can stay and rest for some time " Rawlings said as he stood and left, Everoth didnt taught about it twice before he ordered american beer and stake " aaa...they dont got this in mother Russia...so how have you been wolf?, its been a long time wince poor old Ev had to go to the motherland and help there, by any chance do you know why have we been called? " he asked as he took off his hat.

The polar bear took off his long coat, the cross laying on the ground as he smiled at his friend taking a drink from his beer.

"Ive been fine just training and trying to stay on Churches good side.As for whats up I have not a clue.This was suppose to be my week off"Airwolf said before getting a beer as well.

[Everoth]

" i dont know aswell, i was just called and i had to came, the boss back in the mother land had allready the plane tickets ready for Ev...hmmmm i packed very little, i taught it was an emergency " he said as he looked at him still wondering what had happen.

"Well so far it seems to be calm around here. As far as packing goes I learned in the army always be ready for the worst."Air said as he finished the beer and sat back in his chair looking around."You ever wonder how much these people know about whats really out their"He said looking back at Ev

[Everoth]

Shaking his head lightly he looked at him and shrugged " i dont know for real...but they surely know more than us at the momment...also i see no reason why not to trust them " he said as he finished his beer asking for another one and wondering who would be the new one comming.

When the arrival of the next plane, a mass of black fur stepped out, rubbing her one good eye. Delilah had fallen asleep on the trip , having stayed up for two nights straight replenishing her ammunition stock. Her mouth opened wide in a yawn. She shook her head, flinging off the remaining bits of exhaustion. "So," she said quietly to herself. "What happens next?"

[Everoth]

Rawling awaited on the room with a couple of military men "Lai " he replied as he got closer " a pleasure to meet you, welcome, " he said as he extended his paw to meet the female bear, " let me take you to some of your partners, i belive someone else will arrive soon, so why dont you wait with them? " he asked as they started to walk, taking her to retrive her luggage on the way.

[Kansai Lai]

With a steely face, she reached out to take the other's paw, her grip tight and solid. "Thank you sir." She walked with an air of knowing exactly what she wanted, full of command despite her position. The she-bear lifted her bags, slinging them over her back with ease. Lai hoped that wherever she had to wait, there was a good bottle of bourbon waiting.

[airwolf]

Air looked back over his shoulder and spotted Lai walking along and stuck his arm up waving "Ha Lia over here" He yelled loudly

[Everoth]

As Ever talked with wolf, it didnt seemed to had been a long time before Rawlings arrived with the new member " Gentlemen, this is Lai " he said as Ever left his beer down quite instantly and standing out with a small bow " Greetings " Everoth said as he looked at her with a welcoming smile.

[Kansai Lai]

She cocked an eyebrow over her scar. She wasn't quite used to such an act. "Hey. Nice to meet you." She flicked her head at Airwolf as she sat down in an empty seat, dropping her bags at her feet. "Hey Wolf, how's it been? Anything good to drink here?" Lai didn't so much as smirk as she settled in, glancing at those around her. She'd been wondering who she would be working with.

[airwolf]

"Doing good under the curium staces you havent changed since you through me across the taring room during our las practice engagement two years ago.As for the drinks no clue"Air said smiling at her finishing his third beer.

[Kansai Lai]

"I keep telling you that you need to put some pounds on those bones. You're a freaking waif. I've seen pistols that weigh more than you." She gave a little sigh and ran a paw through her head fur. "Is there any bourbon here? Vodka, whiskey, something a little stronger than beer?"

[Everoth]

" you guys know each other? " he said with his notorious accent as he looked at the female lady with the marked big curves " my my, i am allready enjoying this assigment " he said with a big smile turning arround and looking at the bottles " i wouldnt know...i dont know many of those bottles " he said as he continued drinking his american beer, so far he liked it more than the ones in his country.

looking at the female again he smiled as he rose his paw " where are my maners?, har har, my name is Everoth Vaher Lyoseph Nyesh, at your service miss " he said as he looked at her with a smile realising she had a cute eye.

Her lack of a smile become more apparent as she reached out to take his hand. Once her grip was sure, she violently twisted his arm. "Call me miss again and you'll be missing the equipment between your legs." She kept him like that a moment more, letting her threat sink in before releasing him. Now slightly frustrated, she grabbed the first unopened bottle she could get her paw on and downed half of it in one go.

[airwolf]

"Ya we have met a fue times mostly at the training center and I was always the one on the wrong end of her weapon".Air sad to Ev."Its going to be good to work with you."Air said to Lai smiling and looking like he had had one to many."Try not to tick her off" Air said really quietly to Ev

[Everoth]

A soft grunt escaped his muzzle as she twisted his arm " Grow....thats a nice grip..." he said as he got his arm released, holding his writs lgihtly and hearing Air " hmmm really?...still i wouldnt mind it some other time " he said with a toothy grin as he looked at her, still holding his arm, shaking it a little bit as it quickly started to regenerate the low damage she had done to his wrist, thinking about her he smiled " nice..." he said to himself as he looked at the 2 and then at the one attenting them " get us a nice bottle of vodka will ya? and some nice meats, cant you see the lady is hungry ?" he said with a soft chuckle as he finished his new beer.

[airwolf]

"Here we go aging. do you remember what happen las time you started drinking vodka? O ya of cores not I had to come bail you out of jail. In Russia and explain what happen and why you were naked."Air said shaking his head.

[Everoth]

" HAR HAR HAR HAR!!! " he laughed heartilly as he remembered that " o ya...that was a nice party...poor old Ev drank so much that time har...but it was just cause you guys where there, Ev dosnt likes to drink alone har " he said with a soft smile still laughing softly.

[Kansai Lai]

Her lips curled in a short snarl. She was one tick away from throwing the bottle at his head. She wondered how to get rid of him and make it look like an accident. The only thing keeping her from jumping the table and possibly killing him was him sending for food. Maybe she could let him live. So long as he stopped addressing her like that. Lai's snarl faded and she went back to her drink.

[airwolf]

"Ya well you start any thing like that again and ill let Lai handle you.Becides I think she likes you."Air said looking at them and laughing.

[Kansai Lai]

"Wolf," she growled long and low into the neck of the bottle. Her grip on the bottle tightened until the glass squealed in strain, trying not to crack. Lai's green eye flashed threateningly.

[Everoth]

" really? " he said as he looked at her with a smile and a soft chuckle " that is a good start...cheers!! " he said with a smile as he started to drink from the bottle letting out a soft breath and a smile as the american furs started to bring stakes and potatoes " hmmm this looks nice.."

[airwolf]

Air leaned down in his seat after getting that look from Lai "Well first time we met I ended up in the infirmary for two monts and all you did to him was nearly break his arm so I just pout one and one together and got three"Air Said sitting back up and smiling.

[Everoth]

With a small smile he looked at them with a smile " heh it is allright i am a female magnet " he said with a soft chuckle " HAr HAr HAR " he said with a soft smile as he took another swing at the bottle and munched half of the stake with a single bite " hmm acceptable taste...but very small portions " he said as he looked at them.

[Kansai Lai]

"You got more like 5. I'm tired and barely got any sleep, even on that plane. So shut up before we have a repeat of the incident." She grabbed at her plate, shoving the food into her muzzle, working to fill her stomach before tasting.

[Kansai Lai]

She threw her now empty bottle at Everoth. "Shut. Up." No doubt she would either disable, disfigure, or downright kill him before the day was out at this rate.

[airwolf]

"Glad to see your in Good mood Lai" Air said starting on another beer

[Everoth]

Grins with a smile looking at her appetite " HO HO, thats how it should be, meat on the bones and no where else! " he said to her as he finished his stake and started to work on the potatoes " OI! you got something bigger ? " he said to the waiter as he felt his forehead bleeding, the people stared at the scene as he just laughed heartilly as his fir lightly started to stain in red.

[airwolf]

"So LAi do you have any idea what tis is all about?"Air asked before leaning back in his chair out of arms length.

[Kansai Lai]

She swallowed the mass of food before answering. "Nah, haven't got a clue. But that just makes this all the more fun, doesn't it?"

[airwolf]

"Ya fun last time I thought this job was fun I nearly got eaten by a giant slug" Air said shuttering

[Everoth]

" AYE!!" he replied rising the bottle takin ghis time to eat and drink " besides i bet father Rawlings would not had called me if it wasnt a serious business, after all they allready got a preacher in J....well you guys know....why call poor old Everoth? " he said as he looked at them giving the plate to the waiter, it was not as good as he taught but hunger called him to get another dish " ill try those ribs now! "

As they talked father rawlings came with the other 2 furs talking to them they left "Howdy " the old Coyote said as he grabed a shair and accompanied the 3 " Father!, we where just talking about you " Everoth said as he looked at them as the father replied with a soft chuckle " i see you all made yourself comftable " he smiled and looked at them as if something was on its mind.

[airwolf]

"So whats up? Air asked looking up at father Rawlings and finishing another beer.

[Everoth]

"not much, the usual bastards popping out and making a mess, always have to apear wile we are sleeping " Father rawlings said as he looked at them asking for a nice whisky as he still suffered from what happend before...

[Kansai Lai]

"So when do we get to go out and take 'em down?" She finally got her bourbon, enjoying it's taste after such a long absence.

[Everoth]

With a small smile he looked at Lai " always so exited to fight...well we will let you know when something apears...for now we are forming a new team " he said as he looked at the 3, Everoth rose an eyebrown as he looked at him " a new one?...what happend to the old one?. did they finally make you retire old dog? " he asked as he looked at Rawling a little curious now.

Rawling remained a little silent for a bit " there was...an incident on the last mission...you got word of al Kali? " he asked as he looked at them, Everoth shook his head, his goverment was informed but not contacted with much info " nop...but if you are forming a new team i am glad ill get to be with that gorgeous and fluffy bear....rawr..." he flirted as he looked at her with a big grin.

[Kansai Lai]

Lai nearly choked on her drink when she heard that. Her ears perked up and her eye blazed with outrage. She grabbed Airwolf's bottle this time and threw it. "I thought I told you to shut your trap!"

[Everoth]

The bottle smashed his face breaking again bleeding again as he just laughed " HAR HAR HAR I love how this lovely kitty has claws " he said as he took the glass away...the wounds from the last bottle having stoped allready...Rawlings laughed a little looking and knowing well at the 2, smiling he looked at them " now now kids, calm down...theres a reason the past team has been ranked up...you will know what happend once we get to HQ " he said as he took a sip from his whisky.

" well that can whait, but you whana tell us what happend to the others?, where ross and delgado? hehe i miss the bastards " he said as he looked at rawlings with a joyfull face, rawlis sighs as he looks at him and then at the 3 " Ross is death, aswell as cole and Jones..." he said as he looked at them.

[airwolf]

"Crap thats a mess and a half well the next drinks to them "Air said getting another beer.

[Kansai Lai]

She calmed down a little, agreeing with Airwolf's statement. She raised her glass in respect for the dead, taking down a good strong gulp.

[Everoth]

Looking at them Rawlins whispered " may god take care of their souls....what happend in al kali has been nothing we had ever seen.." he said as he looked at the others..." still...down the old and bring up the new...and that is you my friends " he said as he looked at Air..." i trust in your abilities and on everyone's to make the next team far more eficient, i will asist you of course, from the HQ...i am not on the field anymore.

Looking at Rawlings Everoth shook his head..." man...thats hard to swallow...how about the others? " he asked as he looked at them and looked curious...the notice of their death hit him hard enough to not notice Lai for a little wile. Rawlings saw at the 3 and rose his paw " they are fine, you will see them at the HQ...now if you have any more questions ill gladly comply...of course...mabe not with all at the momment..." he said as he looked arround.

[Kansai Lai]

"I'm good for now." She could tell there wouldn't be any info that she'd care about at that moment. Lai finished the rest of her drink at a leisurely pace.

[Everoth]

Looking at Lai made Everoth smile " thats the spirt! " he said with a smile as he looked at her, still he looked at Rawling " hmmm i see...well... too bad for them...but thats the job...most of us dont have anything else to live for..." he said with a smile to them " he rose his bottle taking a big glup " leaving a soft sigh in the end.

[airwolf]

"Ya I agree their life being what it is. I can think of any better way to go than doing your job and saving lives."Air said looking around.

[Everoth]

Everoth nodded looking at Air.." still...if we die they will just get more freaks like us...and no one will ever know..." he said as he took another sip of the vodka...that had always bothered him...even if he knew the reason of why not.

Rawlings looked up at the 3 "well...some might come in a little wile, if that dosnt happens they will take you to the HQ, ill stay here and recevie them, i bet Delgado and church will be glad to see you 3" he said with a small smile as he looked at Lai and then at the planes.

[airwolf]

"Great more flying just because most people call me Air dosent mean i like leaving the ground"Air said smiling

[Kansai Lai]

"Look on the bright side, Wolf. Slugs can't fly." She hid her first smirk behind her glass, taking down the rest of the bourbon. But when the glass came down again, ice clinking, so too did her smile.

[Everoth]

Everoth remained silent, listening and holding his bottle moving it away as he had had enough " Well...im ready, no need to get more attention " he said as he rubbed his face taking out a little piece of glass and rubbing off the dried blood from his face as it was as if nothing had happend by that time.

Father rawlings looked at the 3 extending his paw " its been great to see you 3 again, and may god bless you all in this new journey you are about to comence my childs..." he said as he looked at them, the army furs remained next to them and waitied for them to get ready and guide them to the jeep.

[Mecreal]

A small fox covered in pitch black fur and equally dark equipment came into the room with them. He was dead silent, not even his footsteps made a sound, "Luetenant Cori, reporting for duty."

[Everoth]

Rawlings turned as he looked at the fur, blinking he looked at his watch " Cori, i was not expecting you until a couple of hours, but i am glad that you are here " standing up, the old coyote smiled as he extended his paw looking at him and then looked at the others " seems you guys wount be heading alone " he said with his texas accent as allways.

Everoth rose his paw as he looked at the fur, he didnt knew this one either and his apearece just jolted his back a little bit...creepy he taught " Greetings, nice to meet ya Comrade " he said with a soft voice as he took his notorious hat under his left arm.

[airwolf]

Air jumped up a bit startled "Dang dude dont do that" He said regathering himself."Good to meet you names Air little notes dont tick her off pointing to Lai and dont try to out drink him pointing over at Ev and I'm just cool"Air said laughing.

[Kansai Lai]

Lai just stayed quiet in her seat. The only sign of her being startled as well was her ear standing straight up. He was good. She made a mental note not to turn her back on him

[Mecreal]

He didn't accept any handshakes, only standing there, "nice to meet all of you." He then stepped back and bowed lightly, "where are we headed?" He didn't like to talk, and was very uneasy around new people.

[Everoth]

Father rawlings looked at the fox, seems he has not changed even a bit " they are heading to Hq, go with them and they can fill you up with what they know, Abigail should be able to fill you up completely once you are there, ill stay and whait for the others " he said with a smile as he pushed him lightly on to the group.

Everoth blinked a bit as he looked at the fox...turning to air he whispered " oi....is he what americans call Emo? " he asked not having seen a single fella like that before on his life.

[airwolf]

"I can reilly say. Never met one ether way lets try not to piss him off till we tie a bell on his tale or something so we can find him."Air whispered back

[Mecreal]

He just turned away, "I can hear you two." He then walked out of the room, his pack over his shoulder, and left for the plane to Headquarters. "When do we leave?"

[Everoth]

His ears twiches as his back felt the jotls again "grow....that was creepy..." he said as he saw the soldiers leave aswell, taking his big cross that covered most of his back as he hold it with his right paw over his shoulder.

The soldiers saw the 4 and said " it should leave in less than an hour, so follow us...we will take the private plane on that side " the fur pointed to one of the empty parts of the airports, Everoth had no other choise but to follow.

[airwolf]

Air picked up his equipment and weapons and followed the others."I hope you guys have plenty of air sickness bags I had a fue beers"Air said jokingly

[Kansai Lai]

"Hn, I think I'm gonna like working with this guy." At least he knew when to shut up and it seemed he wouldn't give her cause to mutilate him. She hefted her bags again, and followed the throng.

[Mecreal]

He waited for the rest of them at the steps up to the plane. "does anyone know what we are going to be doing? All I know so far is that it wont be easy."

[Everoth]

As they continued walking he left air's side to walk a little closer to the big female "oi...sweet face...ya mind if we get together on the plane?, we might get to know each other better...besides that pretty eye of yours will surely be better view than the land down " he said with a big grin as he holded the cross behind him.

[airwolf]

"Not a clue and come on we arnt that bad to deal with at least Ev isent drunk"Air said to Mecreal

[Kansai Lai]

Lai grabbed him by the muzzle, tightening her grip. "I'd rather cut my eye out with a rusty nail than keep looking at you. Now the next time you say something to me that doesn't have to do with this mission, I will tear off your lower jaw and use it to cut off your own tail. Do I make myself clear?!" She released him without waiting for an answer. She walked by Wolf, seething. "You were saying?" she growled at him, continuing on.

[Everoth]

As she spoke he couldnt help to look at her, as she left with wolf he stayed back for a second " I LOVE THAT FEMALE!! " he said with a huge grin as he ran to catch up on them with a smile and his heart beating so fast that he couldnt belive it.

As they arrived where the planes where, a small jet was waiting for them " leave your luggage on the ground, they will take care of it " one of the soldiers said as they entered the jet, heading where they where supposed to leave the luggage, he left his back pack there and then placed the cross on the ground leaving a loud tump " OI, make sure you strap it well...you wouldnt want it to crush something during the flight " he said with a soft chuckle winking at the female and heading to the jet.

[Mecreal]

He giggled, then quickly regained himself, shifting lightly as he stood and look them over. He now began to wonder about his new comrades, and thier abilities. He pulled a piece of paper out of his pack and handed it to Everoth, "I was told to get this for you, but I have no idea what it is, and I read it."

Edit: He then boarded the jet in silence, taking his pack up with him.

[Everoth]

" huh ? " he looked at the paper, rubbing his eyes a little by the effects of the alcohol as he tried to read it

(Give up, she isn't joking XD)

[airwolf]

Air boarded the jet after putting his gear on the ground and strapped in tightly. "OK this part of the trip can be over any time "He said taking about ten airsickness pills.

[Kansai Lai]

Lai slid into her seat, swiveling around so her foot paws occupied the seat next to her. So long as it prevented that walking annoyance from sitting next to her. She strapped herself down in that awkward position. The she-bear rested her head against the window, deciding to get a bit of sleep.

[Everoth]

Seen not able to read the note for some time he saved it on his pocket, seen the cute bear had both seats cover made him smile " dont worry honey comb...ill let ya sleep for now " he said with a smile as he went to the back of the plane, resting on the 2 seats as he taught he could sleep a bit been helped by the beers and the vodka.

[Mecreal]

The fox sat down in the back of the plane, his pack in the seat next to him. He pulled out a small book and began reading to himself. He was reading a compilation of of Poe stories.

[airwolf]

Air just sat their laughing a bit trying to relax and pastime."Dont worry Ev you and Lai will be causing turblince for the jet before you know it."He said with a big smile

[Kansai Lai]

She opened her eye, calm and empty. With a deadly calm, she unbuckled herself, walked up to Airwolf and swiftly broke his left arm in three places. She didn't need to give him forewarning. He knew better.

[Everoth]

With a soft chuckle he looked up at air, then at the cute bear seen how she was gona react " my my...thats not nice...she is just the perfect size to be fluffy and delicious looking arent ya honey pot? " he asked with a big smile looking at the female.

[Kansai Lai]

Ok, the warnings were up. She strode to the back of the plane, and grabbed him by the throat, her claws digging into his windpipe. "Now I know I told you to shut up. I am neither fluffy nor delicious and I am certainly not your 'honey pot'." It made her sick just to repeat that. Lifting a leg, she rammed her heel into Everoth's groin, grinding it. Lai then returned to her seat, leaving five punctures in his neck.

[Everoth]

His eyes widened as she hit his groin, rolling on the floor as she left " owww.....ill call you..." he said as he holded his inner tights whimpering for the hard hit, for his luck the jet took of wile he still was on the floor, making his head slam on the seat where he was before, once he recovered and they where on the air he holded his neck, the blood from that place was allready dried up, scraching just to get rid of it, standing he walked to wolf taking a seat next to him, his big self almost squising him to the window " heh...isnt she the sweetest? " he asked as he moved his paw up, " let me see that arm ".

[airwolf]

Air just sat their looking at his arm "Well at least now I'm not thinking about the plain ride"He said in a bit of pain.

[Everoth]

He let out a soft chuckle as he holded the arm with his left paw, then, as his right one started to glow lightly on a white aura, presing it softly against the arm he started to heal the bones and the full body, laughing softly he said with a smile " HAR HAR HAR...much more easier without bullers flying arround my head HAR..."

[airwolf]

"Ya its easier to hold still while as well" Air said back

[Mecreal]

Mecreal Cori didn't even raise his head up from behind his book, even when Lai started beating on Ev, he just kept reading, there was nothing to get excited about, he was out of line, but she needed anger management. "You two are both gonna be dead if you keep that up, she isn't going to keep playing." He leaned back and rubbed his head into the back of the seat.

[Everoth]

a small smile crossed his muzzle as he heared the fox say that " heh that would be great comrade...i am diying to see how much does this little flower can bloom " he said as he leaned back on the seat making his paws hold up his head as he closed his eyes.

[airwolf]

"Ya well maby when we git off the plain right now i think in going to be sick"Air said hurling in to a bag

[Kansai Lai]

She rolled her eye, trying to go back to sleep. He'd never learn, it seemed. At least Wolf was paying in his own way, losing his guts like that.

[Everoth]

"uhg...." he said as he stood and whent back to where he was before " some things might never change after all...

[Mecreal]

Mecreal stood up, moving silently as he went a few seats up until he was directly behind Lai, "so why don't you like his advances?" He sat down in the seat behind hers, expecting some trouble from his question.

[Kansai Lai]

HAving given her no trouble before, she went easy on this guy. "What makes you think I should?" She looked him dead in the eye

[Mecreal]

He smiled warmly, "I'm not saying you should put up with any bull... but I was just curious why you are so violent about relationships... no person is that mean to a harmless flirt without good reason..."

[Kansai Lai]

He backed up, "I guess I can except that... Just don't close yourself up too much, it will get lonely." He then leaned back and reopened his book, "but then again... it is obviosly none of my buisness." Flipping through a little, he started to giggle, "the wonders of a deranged mind."

[Everoth]

Blinking as she talked he tiled his head looking at her, a bit more serious than the times he had talked before " why would poor old Everoth lie? " he said as he tilled his head and looking out of the window recognising the land, they where close to arriving.

[airwolf]

air looked up a bit "Why did I drink so much" He muttered before starting on his eight airsickness bag.

[Everoth]

Looking at the 3 and not been answered he shruged, laying down on the seats as the pilot said " we are about to land, please buckle up and prepare for landing ". Everoth has no other option than to seat and cross his arms " hmmm what ever " he said as he looked at everyone...but a small smile came to his muzzle as he realised he would see that crazy guy of delgado.

[airwolf]

"Finlay the ground" Air said still strapped in from take off and reaching for another airsickness bag.

[Mecreal]

Mecreal stood back up and moved himself to the back of the plane, back to his pack and sat down, buckling as instructed and putting his book away. He was ready for the mission, mostly out of sheer boredom, and wanting to do something other than hide.

[Everoth]

The jet landed and the 4 where able to move, moving out and taking their belongins, out there the soldiers where just there to meet you al as the 4 where taken to the underground facilities

[airwolf]

Air walked along "We need on official bus or something I hate flying."He said trying to recover from the flight.

[Mecreal]

Mecreal was walking behind air, but decided to back up a little and let him go ahaed, not wanting to be caught if the storm wasn't over. He had his bag at his side, and didn't let go of that pack.

[airwolf]

Lai brushed passed Wolf. "Oh stop being such a pansy." She was just happy to no longer be in a confined space with the polar bear anymore.

As he walked outside he smiled been the lastone as he was able to see the cute bear bottoms, with his hat gloves and other garments on his pack he carried the cross over his shoulder as he started thinking walking by her...." Oi babe...ya know, you dont look back at all...i could fix ou easily ya know....but why? you look cutter that way " he said with a big smile as he rose his paw wile the other remained holding the huge cross.

[Kansai Lai]

Lai whipped herself around, her fist hitting right between his eyes. "Stay away from me and keep your big muzzle shut." She quickened her pace just to get away from him.

[Everoth]

Holding his face for a bit he shook his head, for a second he started to see double...." rawr....what a female..." he said to himself as he followed.

[Mecreal]

One thought kept racing through his mind, "this is going to be a long mission." He was passed by her, and shook his head, grabbing her wrist lightly, "a moment please."

[Kansai Lai]

Her temper was run thin by Everoth and Mecreal would not be spared. "What is it? If you're just going to lecture me, save it." Lai would not be the bad guy in this situation.

[Mecreal]

Mecreal just let go and inched to the side, "my apologies, it wont happen again." He then strated walking again, quickly.

[Kansai Lai]

Good. She glared and him a moment longer before walking off. She loathed being lectured at, unless it was the mission overview. She knew she had problems and she knew she had a temper, but she only threw it at those who pissed her off. If others were more amiable, then she wouldn't be such a devil

[Mecreal]

He went straight into the mission room and sat down, waiting for the briefing. He pulled out a sheet of paper and wrote quickly, hoping this would not get him killed, and held it for when she came in.

The note read: "He comes at you more when you push him away."

Lai grabbed the note, glancing over it. The she-bear tore it up, a low growl rumbling in her throat. "I'm not gonna be a pushover for his sake. Now stuff it before I decide to ass rape you with your own legs." She sat down on the far side of the table, holding her head up in her paw. She came here in a good mood, looking forward to blasting whatever it was they were supposed to kill. And now everyone was driving her up a wall.

[Mecreal]

He twirled his pen once, "fun," before jotting down a few more things, not paying any more attention to her. He came here because he was told to, and was trying to help, but she was so engulfed in rage, she didn't see that she could get rid of him with a little deception. He cleared his head by writing out meaningless patturns for his power and waited it to start.

[airwolf]

Air looked around."So any one wont to place bets on what were going after this time? ill put my money on hummm.... Demonic babys."Air said laughing a bit.

[Everoth]

HEaring air and the others he kept thinking for a bit " i bet on fire lizards....hmmm casters, what ever with fire..." he said with a soft laugh as they walked, the more they got in the more they went down until they got to an elevator the fur stepped in and whaited for all to get in, pushing a botton as they got in.

[airwolf]

"You really do like getting burned dont you"Air said cracking up at the joke.

[Everoth]

" not really but i always get that kind of luck...even on the mother land i dont get why more than 40%of the cases had to deal with fire and them sending poor old Ev in....bastards..."

[airwolf]

"Maybe they figured you liked the warmth. ya know last time i was in Russia i nearly froze to death and hand to track down a water demon. Ware was the fire things then?"Air said readjusting his pack on his shoulder.

[Mecreal]

Mecreal closed his notebook and looked up at them, "it is probably an organization of some kind, a large group that we are supposed to uncover." He liked thinking about conspiracies, so long as they existed, they would have jobs.

[Kansai Lai]

"I really don't care what it is we're after so long as I get to slaughter it. Or them. However many there are." She concentrated hard, longing to get her hands on a weapon and step in front of a target. Eventually a tiny musket ball appeared between her fingers. Useless, but still good to roll around in boredom.

[Everoth]

Looking at the female he tiles his head as he saw how she did that..." woa....how did you did that?...a magic trick ?" he asked as he looked at her curious about her abilities.

[airwolf]

"Ya you think its neet till she pulls something out and starters chasing you around trying to kill you with it"Air said rubbing his head.

[Mecreal]

Mecreal just leaned back in his chair, "you have... an interesting power miss... do you two also have powers or abilities?"

[Everoth]

" HAR HAR, of course we do, otherwise we wouldnt be the new team of freaks " he replies...even proud of calling himself a freak.

[Kansai Lai]

"Trade secret," she answered bluntly. Sadly, she can't make it go away so her rolls it around her knuckles.

[airwolf]

"Team of freaks. Well I dont think I could have put it better if I tried."Air said with his usual smile.

[Mecreal]

"Fair enough, I suppose it doesn't matter." He fiddled with his pack, and pulled out a small knife, and unsheathed it, "but then again, we do need to trust each other, and if someone's power is a little... dangerous... we might not feel comfortable with one another. Would we?" He loved mind games.

[airwolf]

"Well if you wont to git hurt try it."Air said looking back at Mecreal and putting down his bag smiling.

[Kansai Lai]

She didn't fall for his game easily. "Personally I'd feel comfortable with a heavy hitter. It's like superman setting off a bomb." She didn't mind the scorched earth policy from time to time.

[Everoth]

The black fox did had a point there...he looked at the others and taught as the doors opened..the machines and computers where everywhere...it seemed they where where the information was managed.

[Mecreal]

He resheathed the knife and put it away, now interested in the mission.

[airwolf]

Air picked up his bags and walked out of the elevator "Its about time.Why in the hell they built this place so far underground I will never know"He said looking around.

[Everoth]

The place was crouded, a lot of movement ment bad things, but it seemed that the hole place had been researching more since the incident at Al Kali, Giving up orders Abigail was standing up on a pannel, the green iguana with a note pad on her ahnds as she tried to keep relatively sane with all that was comming in " i need the reports in europe " she yelled at a couple of furs who moved arround, looking at the group she smiled and gave the papers to another fur next to her, walking down she rose her hand " WElcome, how was your flight? " she asked as she moved her purple hair back.

Looking at the others she started thinking " well as you might see we are getting small readings from all over the globe, we dont know what are them and why are they there, and even worst we dont have a team, so you better get ready when it shows up, any questions ? " she asked as she looked at them all, they did seemed younger than she expected having not met none of them before.

[airwolf]

"The flight was great thanks for asking." Air said sarcastically but politely. "Well I'm walking over to the firing range to git some stress worked out. Care to join me Lai." Air said starting over to the training areas.

"Yeah, I got one. What are they and when do we go out and get them." There was no beating around the bush for her.

[Mecreal]

Mecreal stayed quiet, he wanted to know the answer too, but she had asked first. He had a bad feeling about the way the Iguana was talking, as if they were going after random events, rather than one entity.

[Everoth]

Everoth looked at the others, air had allready left with lai, looking at the other he still couldnt tell " hmm well do call us when something happens..." he said as he started to think as he patted the fox's back " let go with them, i whana see how well they shoot heh..." he said as his eyes followed the Bear's curves.

[Mecreal]

He looked up at Everoth, saying nothing, just walking towards the shooting range with the others.

[Kansai Lai]

She wasn't fond of not getting her answer, but at least she could do some shooting. Once they were in the range, she grabbed the biggest gattling they had. Lai still had the tiny musket ball and threw it out into the range. She fired off a single shot and hit the tiny dot. "Get me a target," she growled. Truth be told, that was pure luck.

[Everoth]

Looking at her grab out the heavy gun made him smile whispering to the fox " and she thinks we got nothing in common " placing the huge cross down he smiled as he looked some more...then a familiar voice spoke " EVEROTH!!! you communist bastard!!! " turning to his side he saw his old friend," DELGADO!!! you crazy brown douche! " he said as they both laughed walking closer.

Delgado brought his high caliber gun and aimed at Everoth, shooting up on his chest, one time...everything was silent...Everoth holded his chest as he saw the blood cover his paw.

[Mecreal]

Mecreal freaked out and hid, his body literally gone from sight, along with his pack. He didn't know what happened, but he wasn't going to be caught off gaurd. From eher he stood, his shadow remained, looking as a small item on the floor and against the wall, rooting through a pack, as if he were invisible.

[airwolf]

Air pulled out his M14 and put a full magazine in and chambered a round. "OK FREEZE" He yelled bringing his weapon up.

[Kansai Lai]

Lai joined her weapon to the fray. She actually didn't feel that bad at Everoth being shot, but she was pissed to see such a cheap shot.

[Everoth]

Everoth holded his paw as the bullet was gently pushed out " HAR HAR HAR, you will never change wount you? " he said as he looked at Delgado with a smile patting his back as Delgado replied " Heh neither have you, heh you would be death if you had HAHAHAH " they both laughed as they hugged each other.

[airwolf]

Air lowered his gun. "Well umm... OK" He said looking confused and relieved.

[Mecreal]

Mecreal stepped out of his shadow against the wall, putting invivible wire back into it and closing it. He still didn't speak, but glared at Delgado, trusting him less then even Lai.

[airwolf]

Air looked back at Mecreal "Welcome back" He said finlay spotting him.

[Everoth]

When they finished geeting each other they turned on the other 3, Delgado was enjoying their expresion " Ha, havent you told them ?" Delgado asked to Ev as he shook his head " Nay, well no one asked before haha " he said as the both aproached the group, Everoth holding Delgado with his paw over Delgado's right shoulder "this bastard has shot me since he knew i could regenerate haha, its funny as hell when someone that does not knows sees it haha, remember that time at the parking ? " they both started to laugh after it, Everoth's stomach started to hurt from all the joy.

A small smile formed on his face as Ev looked at the 3 " heh allright ill finally tell, i can regenerate heh, and even more, i can heal you up to perfect fit....but most important..." he said as he holded Delgado's gun on his paw his body started to glow lightly as he shot Delgado's chest, the bullet pressed over his body and fell to the ground as on Everoth's chest a hole apeared and started to bleed again, close to where the first shot was allready closing " i can take all the damage you guys will take, so you can rest your paws on me on the mission, be sure ill keep ya all alive HAR HAR " he said as he looked at them all with a smile.

[airwolf]

"ill half to remember that next time Lai starts after me" Air said laughing

[Kansai Lai]

So much for her plans on killing him. She lowered her gattling gun, a little pissed at being fooled like that. The she-bear ignored Wolf's joke, knowing that it was something to be happy about, especially when you were on the receiving end of her wrath.

[Everoth]

He continued looking at the others, Delgado said farewell and left to do his business, looking at them he wondered curious..." you know the fox was right....if we are gona work together like comrades, we better start acting like that...what about you? what are your powers? " he asked as he looked at them curious about that.

[airwolf]

"Well if its out their i can put a bullet in it.It doesn't matter what kind of armor or cover its behind and I can spot ambushes and traps miles away. That and I can slow time around my target making is imposable to miss." Air said holding his custom M14 sniper rifle.

[Kansai Lai]

After Everoth had asked, Lai began concentrating. When she had her turn for answering, her voice was strained as her focus was divided. "I can rain down elements like gunfire. And I can make my own." She lifted up a paw, opening it to reveal an M14 bullet and tossed it to Airwolf. "And I can't be shot." Her now empty hand rested against her thigh, feeling the cheap letter opener pressed against it. It was her lucky charm. Nothing could touch her while it was around.

[Mecreal]

Mecreal spoke softly after the others, completely impressed by thier abilities, "While I am in my shadow form, I can't be touched, I make no sound, and I resemble a shadow against a wal or floor. I can also carry things in with me, anything I could carry normally."

[Everoth]

" that leaves poor old Everoth out HAR HAR HAR! " he said as he looked at him with a smile looking at everyone.

[airwolf]

"Well I dont know if that scears me more or less knowing what you can do but I'm glad we are on the same side." Air said looking at the other 3 standing their.

[Kansai Lai]

"Agreed." Even though she already didn't like working with Everoth, he would come in handy during a pinch.

[Mecreal]

Mecreal just remained silent, now beginning to worry. He was by no means a gunman, and was horrible at firearms, the one he had was only for emergencies, and he didn't like it. "um, I am just curious," He didn't want to say this, "are we going to need to all you guns, the few orders I have been given, I have never had to use mine."

[Everoth]

With a soft chuckle he smiled looked at them all holding the cross over his shoulder, leaning to the female he smiled as he leaned to her side gently " oi...sweet cake...can i ask ya a question?, mind teaching me how to shoot? " he asked as he looked at her with a kind smile

[airwolf]

"Well i do carry two demon bone swords for my backup" Air said pointing to his bag "But most of the time I just like keeping distance between me and them"

[Everoth]

Scraching his chin he looked at the others " hmm well i heared that by us standards we all have to carry at least a gun....i still dont know what ill use.." he said as he looked at them thinking about it.

[Kansai Lai]

She pressed her gun between his legs and fired a few dozen rounds. Now that she knew it couldn't kill him, she could have some fun. "Only if you swear never to call me by a pet name again." Having another person who could handle a gun could be beneficial.

[Mecreal]

Mecreal just backed up, "I'll let you two have fun, I'l just watch from over there." He walked away silently, hoping to keep far from her wrath, they were all crazy.

[airwolf]

"You look like the sort of fur that wold handle a BB gun well" Air said starting to laugh.

[Everoth]

Widening his eyes he fells to the ground with the cross, the weapon leaving a mark on the ground as he tried to hold himself from the pain..." you know...i can still fell pain!..." he said as he holded himseld down there...knowing he would be allright...but still thinking...o god it freaking hurts!

[Kansai Lai]

She smiled wickedly. "Good. I'll be sure to do it more often then." She whipped the oversized gun around, hitting her shoulder with it. It rested there as she waited for him to recover.

[airwolf]

"Go EV" Air said walking over to a firing lain. (Off to work here be back soon)

[Mecreal]

Mecreal drew out a gun that looked like a large pistol or a flare gun, "does this look like a pea shooter?" It was a single barrel shot gun, modified to be smaller size than normal, and the pump removed, so it only held one round at a time. Basically, a flare gun designed to fire shotgun rounds.

[Everoth]

Rising up he looked at her the bullets came out in time as that part still hurted " Arr....you do enjoy hurting poor old Everoth....is it your way of saying i love you? " he asked still liking the female actitud....thanking god for helping him survive those hits...

[Kansai Lai]

She let the gun drop down onto his head. "I take it back, find yourself another gun coach. Follow Airwolf." She tossed the mass of metal at him. "And no. Me hurting you means, 'Eat shit and die.'" She left the range, off to find a quiet place to sit.

[Mecreal]

Seeing that the group had mostly seporated , he just sat down in a small corner and went back to his book, reading in silence. He could stay like this for hours if nothing bothered him.

[Everoth]

Down with the gun over his head he looked at him and still holded his head a little " i see...she loves me so much!...." he said as he looked at her walking away and tried to stand..." aaa....love hurts..." he said as he looked at the others and moved a bit tring to smile as he rose up...

[Kansai Lai]

She ended up sitting beside Mecreal. Aside from his unwanted advice, he seemed like a nice guy. If nothing else, if would be quiet here. Lai rested against the wall, closing her eye and trying her best to calm down.

[Mecreal]

He only looked up at her for a moment, then back to his book, Mecreal was tired too, that scare had him a little riled, and he was glad to get quiet at last.

[Everoth]

With a soft sigh he started to think some more.....mabe a little good impression could help, holding her gun he tried to aim " allright...so im guessing i just hold this trigger and..AAAAAA " the minigun started to shoot, but the vibration was to new to him that it was hard to control, first the targets and then the celing started to fill with gunshots.

[Kansai Lai]

Lai cursed harshly, running back to the idiot. Only with her luck would she charge headlong into a discharging weapon. She yanked the gun away from him, pushing its muzzle into the ground. "Just how big of a moron are you?" Taking the gun, she turned from him and called out, "Wolf! Take care of this guy while you're at it."

[Power]

Staralfur Krigen watched the group from a two-way mirror on the edge of the gun course. He has the power to create illusions, and was too tempted to resist using it on this rag-tag group of modern magicians.

Calling on his power, he made it so they heard a high pitched screeching noise, like that of a low flying jet, followed by a loud muffled boom. They would see imps and demons materializing out of the walls or floor, black shrouded wraiths swirled through the air, screaming in latin. As an extra touch he made them all hear a deep throaty laughter that sounded like it was coming from inside their own skulls. He sat back and grinned mischievously, watching how they would react.

[Mecreal]

Mecreal couldn't even laugh, that wasn't funny, playing with something like that was just dumb. He put his face back into his book, shakinging his head slowly.

Add: when the creatures started appearing he instinctively went back into his shadow form with his back, then hearing the sound in his noise made him scream, but no one could hear it.

[Everoth]

He was laughing about himself as his ears twiched, looking arround he started to see shadows...he knew them well and fought them before...standing he picked up the cross from the ground, holding the female shoulder he got serious now..." get back...i cant belive this guys are down here..." he said as he remained onfront of the female, the cross on his paws as if it was a baseball bath, " comming back from hell to get more?! " he said as he holded the cross up to slamm it down with all his might looking to crush one of the demons.

[Kansai Lai]

She didn't like him holding her back, but there was no time to complain about it now. She gripped her head with one paw, the laughter creeping her out to no end. No matter how many times she'd fought them, such acts still terrified her. The only difference was, she would still fight back. Focusing her will, she brought down fire upon them. Well, it's what she wanted, but she still couldn't pick what she wanted at will. Instead, pebbles flew at the imps with the speed of missiles, aiming for each and every one.

[Mecreal]

Mecreal couldn't take it, the pain of the laughter was too much for him. He couldn't keep in his form with this going on. He dropped out from his shadow, his screams suddenly piercing the air out of nothing. He grabbed the knife from his pack and swung it blindly in his corner, keepping the creatures from advancing further. His eyes in tears from his defensless feeling.

[Everoth]

Seem Everyone act he smiled, holding the middle handle of the cross he kneeled before the cross and started to pray making his body glow..." E Name de patris...et fili....espiritu santi...." he continued as he was tring to cover his new friends from damage, someting in them made them feel safe...as a voice wispering have no fear...cause ill be here for you...

[Power]

Star called off the illusions before they could get too serious, chuckling to himself he picked up his bag of equipment opened the door beside the two-way mirror. The door slammed loudly. "That wasn't very nice" Said his guardian angel mentally. "Oh come on, I couldn't help it." he stepped out into the shooting range, his white fur and long red hair glittering in the sun. The wolf was in hysterics, he suddenly felt horrible. He moved towards them cautiously, that bear scared him. He would have looked like something was too fluid and perfect with his motions, like the way they describe vampires in modern bloodsucker novels. "I'm really sorry about that, my name's Staralfur Krigen, that's my power, illusions."

[Everoth]

/me blinking he turned to the male tiling his head as he looked at the others " if we bought it...then i bet they will..." thinking about it and still onfront of the female knowing she would want to rip him apart he kept the spell on adding him to it... " so...they could had harm us? " he asked as he looked at him.

[Mecreal]

Mecreal was breathing heavily, not believing how he had acted, regaining his composure and adjusting his outfit, sheathing the knife and putting it back in his pack. He wanted to attack him for doing that, but that wouldn't be a good idea. He sighed and picked up his book, "funny." He then sat back down, acting as if nothing had happened.

[Kansai Lai]

Even with Everoth's harrassment, this was the peak of her anger. "Why you son of a-" She charged at him, ready to tear him limb from limb. No one made a fool out of her and lived.

[Mecreal]

Mecreal didn't think, he just acted ... stupid.
He hated confrontation, and didn't want to see this new guy ripped apart, even though he though he deserved it. He went straight into his shadow form and sprinted at her, trying to reach her before she killed him. He lunged out of his shadow at her, planning on grabbing her and bringer her into the shadows until she calmed down.

[Power]

"No, they are merely illusions, in the purest sense of the-" The female bear roared and charged at him, looking like she was about to tear him a new one. Star's enhanced reflexes kicked in, he side stepped faster than the eye could see and as she barreled past him he elbowed her in the small of her back. Combined with his eerily precision of movement the move looked like it was choreographed.

[Kansai Lai]

Getting struck in the back and suddenly appearing in a black mass did not treat her temper well. She screamed and shrieked and lashed out around her, summoning her ability to fill the space with a harsh wind. And there she stayed for several minutes until she was worn out. "I will kill you all," she growled when she finally settled down.

[Mecreal]

Mecreal collapsed from the shadows, completely out of energy and his body torn up by her attacks, he didn't realize she could hurt him while they were both shadows. He breathed heavliy, "I'm sorry..." Rolling onto his side, almost passing out from lack of energy.

[Everoth]

with a soft sigh he looked at the beautifull female anger....something was gona go bad and it might be better to stop it before someone gets hurt..." im sorry for this dear.." he said seriously as he stepped close to the female ber, the win striking his skin opening it as he standed next to her...holding the cross on his side he used a heavy swing over her head to try and knock her out unconcious.

[Everoth]

"Hn?" She didn't even catch the approach of the cross, it came from her right side. She hit the ground hard, and she'd have one splitting headache when she came to.

Star blinked as the bear blinked out of existence, and then fell back into our world, along with the wolf. "Woah, that was weird." he said, turning to them, the wolf looked like he had just been mauled by a freight train, and the bear looked tired and pissed. Suddenly the friendly looking polar bear brought up his massive steel cross and slammed it down on her head. She was conked out.

Star turned to the polar bear and stuck out his hand, "Call me Star."

[Everoth]

" Everoth " he said as he dropped the cross and moved down to hold her on his arms rising her up and looking at the others " im gona take her out to the rooms, mabe some time resting should come her nicely " he said with a small smile...much more serious than the time the 3 had met him starting to walk he looked at her with a gentle expresion as he was heading to the elevator " hold it " he asked as he was comming.

[Power]

Star watched Everoth go, the female bear in his arms. Leaving him withthe secluded wolf, he turned to him and tried to smile apologetically, but couldn't even manage that. The wolf's reaction to his illusions, and how he pulled the bear into another reality to try and save Star, made him feel like a pile of crap. It spoke volumes of the silent wolfs' virtue of character. Star just sat down there and looked at the ground, his head resting on his paw glumly.

Moving up the elevator some of the furs where squished by the space the 2 where taking, as they arrived to the rooms he looked for the jericho female compund, finding an empty space with items on he guessed that they had placed her bags there, laying her on the bed he smiled lightly seen her like that, tiling his head he looked at her eyepatch and her ear...with a small smile he made his right paw glow, slicing a bit his paw with his own claws he looke made it bleed a little turning the glw into an orange one.

[Kansai Lai]

She came to shortly after being placed on the bed. When she realized who it was standing over her, she instinctively tried to attack him. Luckily for Everoth, a sharp pain in her skull overtook her and she fell back to the mattress, clutching her head and squeezing tears from her eye.

[Everoth]

Looking at her holding her head made him smile gently " Easy....easy...i havent worked on your head yet..." he said as he looked at her and placed his paw over her forehead letting the energy flow to heal the damage he had just done " sorry for that dear...but i dont think that it will be good to kill one of our members...if we are to save the world we will need all the help we can get...no? " he asked as he continued healing her.

[Kansai Lai]

"He deserved it," she hissed through her clenched teeth. "What kind of jerk launches an illusion in a gun alley?" She lifted her head and glared strongly at the polar bear. "And what kind of dumbass fires a gun he doesn't know how to use?" She still hadn't forgiven him for that.

[Everoth]

thinking he sat next to her as he could still look at her " well...mabe a freak like us tring to have fun....i know dont know, i just met him....and about the gun?...mabe someone tring to impress another someone who seems really good at it..." he said with a smile and rising his paw lightly looking at her apologizingly.

[Power]

Bored, Star opened his bag and brought out his twin hand axes, admiring their gleam in the light. The latin inscriptions read: 'Cruor' and 'Eventus' , Blood and Fate, his trusty companions in battle. They were his friends in the face of danger or death, he could always depend on them to show him the way. He also pulled out his classic Ivory-Handled magnums, setting them on the ground beside the axes, he just looked at them for a few moments in silent brooding. His guardian angel mentally broke the silence, "Don't piss off that bear again, next time you won't be so lucky, and never use your ability against your allies again." Star nodded glumly, "Don't I know it. That was foolish, I acted without thinking it through, and look what it got me? A team of people that now think I'm an inconsiderate prick, too obnoxious to trust with anything, let alone their lives!"

[Kansai Lai]

"Well it was stupid. Both of you." His apology did not sway her. You don't mess around with weapons like that. Lai's glare was steady and unwavering.

[Everoth]

Everoth nodded softly " well i did realised that...i also saw that no mater what i do i dont seem to be able to get even a single smile on that cute muzzle..." he said sa he turned and smiled lightly " do you really dont belive me at all?....might be because you spent too much time in america...thinks on the motherland are diferent..." he said with a small smile.

[Kansai Lai]

She snarled when he mentioned the word 'cute.' "And what the hell does being an American have to do with anything? And no, I don't believe you and never will." Couldn't the get another healer on the team?

[Everoth]

He left a soft sigh as he looked at her tiling his head as he looked at her " how come? why would i lie to you?..." he asked curious...yes he loved her agressive spirit..but he was now more concerned that it was hurting her more than what was making her look adorable.

[Kansai Lai]

"Because I'm a weapon. Don't you get it? My existence is solely focused on slaughtering that which crawls up from the pits. I am not here for you own pleasure and amusement. Now leave me alone before I decide to test the extent of the healing ability of yours."

[Everoth]

looking at her he shook his head lightly...it was sad that she was missguided like that..." May god light your path my heart...and i hope ill be there to guide you in true life...not that shadow that has been covering it..." he said on a sofft and serious voice as he left her alone like she requested...heading down to the commons to eat something and think....then remembering he had left the cross down at the shooting range he started heading that way.

She burned holes in him with her rage filled gaze. Once he was gone, she crawled under the covers, determined to get a good sleep. And plot their eventual demise. Especially Everoth's. Guide her from the darkness...bah!

[Power]

Star was still sitting there, pondering what he was going to do to make this situation right, when Everoth walked into the shooting range. Star's ears perked up and he looked up, smiling weakly he said, "Hey, sorry about all that, I feel really crappy now."

[Everoth]

rising his paw and picking up the cross he smiled " its allright comrade, everyone needs to be forgiven, heh if i had not forgiven cute little Lai for all what she had done right now, my heart wouldnt still race like a thousand bees enjoying the sweet honey of life " he said as he then laughed at so cheesy comparation, patting the fur's back and lifting him on to his paws " come on, lets get something to eat, mabe there you can tell me more about ya " he said with a gentle expression.

[Mecreal]

Mecreal started to turn over, reawakening, but still feeling like crap, his body shifted silently, and his groan of pain was almost silent, "that was definitely a bad idea" He laid flat on his back, "um... Everoth.... are you around?" He asked without looking, hoping he was still near.

((sorry, had to step away for a minute... somewhat unexpectedly.))

[Everoth]

Hearing the fox's voice he turned as he holded the cross " ya, where have ya been? i havent seen ya since the imps....your one sneaky and sly fox arent ya "

[Mecreal]

He coughed and breathed heavily, "yeah, and graceful as a swan!" He opened his eyes and looked up at them, "is she alright?"

[Everoth]

" Aye...she should be good...im just starting to think that winning her heart would be harder than expected." he said as he helped him up " we are heading to eat something, your comming mate? " he said as he started walking seen he was tired from using his power.

[Mecreal]

He stood up with his help, "sure." He tried to keep his balance, so messed up from earlier. He stumbled over to his book and put it in his pack, then followed the others, "what an eventful day."

[Power]

Star smiled, Everoth's old-school pep talk had cheered him up. "Lai, so that's her name, you really love her, don't you?" he said, walking beside the hopeless romantic.

[Power]

[Everoth]

" aye...but no matter...i shall get her one day...even it if takes me the rest of my life " he said with a big smile as he walked with the 3 " after all once we get missions it will be much harder to get out...specially us...it will be hard to meet someone as special as her outside...not to mencion with such unique looks..." he said with a dreaming smile...

[Power]

sry about this guys, but i gotta go pick up my little brother from soccer, i'll be back on in maybe fifteen mins.

[Mecreal]

Mecreal started to talk, not really trying to convince Everoth, but hoping to help him. "Hey, Ev. You are a persistant and stubborn person, but she is gonna end up finding a way to kill you if you don't back off a little." He thought for a moment, and realized what he was about to say would strike a nerve, but it was true. "I have more of a chance of being with her, simply because I am not chasing her." He didn't want an argument, but he didn't want her at his throat when they were on a mission.

[Everoth]

blinking a bit he listened to the fox...thinking..." so, you think that if i ignore her...she will end up to like me back? " he asked confused about that...but still wierd enough to work considering who they where talking about.,..

[Mecreal]

He looked up at him, almost like he was shocked that he was getting it, "not exactly, but you got the concept, she doesn't want you to chase after her. You are a good man, and she needs to see that, but she is just going to run faster and push you away the more you chase after her."

[Everoth]

" push me? she shot me " he said as he looked at him having lost the concept " if she had run away that might not been part of her..." he said as he was lost at that momment.

[Mecreal]

And things started to fit again, "just... if you don't want to get the shit kicked out of you again, give her some space and more importantly, a little respect."

[Everoth]

" Good old Ev respects her....and has to admit...he kind of likes it when she does that kinds of things...its so...hmmm whats the american word for it? " he asked him as they kept walking.

[Mecreal]

"you aren't showing her any by getting in her face when she tells you to back off."

[Mecreal]

((I just realized, I will be "working" the next two nights, and class durring the day, which means I wont be able to sleep until Wednesday night, it has been fun. TTFN Thats TATA 4 NAO!))

Blinking a bit he continues thinking and then he smiles talking back " she does that cause deep inside she loves me back har har " he said convinced about it as they walk.

(ok, im back, sorry that took so long, traffic was hell. looks like mecreal will be off for a while.)

Star listened to them talk, "Mecreal's right Ev, all she needs is for you to ignore her for a little while, then when you pay attention to her again she will be relieved, maybe even gratified."

"graow...." he said to himself as he looked at them still walking to the dinning room " how can i ignore such nice curves...." he said to himseld as they walked.

"Look on the bright side EV. Once the demon blood starts flying and the action starts up it might just be the last thing on your mind" Air said looking over at him.

[Everoth]

"you think? " he started to think as he split the bread in half with the soup onfront of him " ya...you might be right...it might not be a good idea anyways..." he said as he took a spoon fool of the warm soup " ya...might have someone end up hurt if i did...better forgeth about it ya..." he said as he started to think they where right...mabe it was better to let her go...

Her original plan to sleep for the rest of the night was changed with her growling stomach. Those steak and potatoes didn't last long for her. She rolled out of bed, somewhat rested with the quiet and the comfort. A few minutes later, following the smell of food, she found her new team, already eating. Without speaking a word or a glance to any of them, Lai sat herself down and started eating.
