Music video question

So I am trying to download some furry made music videos off of sites like fchan and put them onto my ipod. How does one do that? Any free programs to make it easier would be appreciated. I run Windows XP and Mozilla Firefox if that helps any

You've got to use a program like Any Video Converter (AVC) to convert the files into a .mp4 format, them import them into iTunes, where you can transfer them onto your iPod.
