I myself am a total gearhead. I am one Gears of War playing fool.

I know, just giving ya a bad time. :-P I actually thought about buying the original Gears back when it was at the height of its popularity, but was advised to wait for Halo 3 instead because server lag was an issue with Gears. I tried playing Halo 3 with a friend, and got a good reminder that first-person shooters aren't my forte, so I ended up getting on board the Guitar Hero bandwagon instead.

the lag was only a small problem and has easily been made up for in gears 2. And gears is way better than halo. Waaay. In story line, and especially in the online multiplayer, where gears really shines.

Ahh and so my sad thread dies. *mourns* oh well. I'm kinda sad there aren't any other Gears fans but that's cool. If anyone decides to pick it up. 'ok be playing. Gears of War 2.

I play Gears all the time.. the march 24th update helped a lot and im waiting for the snowblind map pack..

but to bad.. my box RROD'd this mornign which pissed me off.. so yeah its all good

I .. ya know.. Gears 2 multiplayer could be so much better.. at times i still like the gears 1 multiplayer better.. even with the active down sniper shots.. because in Gears 2 .. all you have is these lagswitchers.. and it really pisses me off.. and some of the modes are not all to fair.. like.. in respawning.. every match i play on a guardian , submission, Koth, annex respawn map.. you have people that dont play in spirits and just spawn camp and kill.. and it really ruins it..

Don't get me wrong.. Gears 2 has its bad and goods.. but yeah i totally agree.. it rocks Halo 3.. now expecially with its new experience level system..

hopefully ill get my box back in a month.. and ill be good to go

Story wise? because there have been countless RE games before it.. and only 2 gears games.. multiplayer wise?

nah.. why would i pay 5 dollars to play 2 limited multiplayer sessioin in res evil 5?.. when i can for no extra charge just play 5 v 5 gears of war 2 with many different weapons and modes of play?

:) and Gears 2 got better ratings then RE 5 did hehe

well i agree i dont like the idea of having to pay to play multi thats just retarded, although both games have there pros and cons i just like killing zombies more thats pretty much the only reason i like RE more
